Unprofessional manager

The manager at the Easton location I believe her name is Diamond announced to me in the waiting room where there was another customer waiting and employee that I have an old invoice on my account that needed to be paid. She did not ask me to come up to the desk to speak to me one on one she just started yelling this out for everyone to hear. Then proceeded to tell me it was from 2021! Why has no one said anything to me in 2 years about this? Then she began demanding that I agree to it being paid immediately with out me even being able to check my own records. I am extremely embarrassed and disgusted with the treatment I received. I have NEVER been spoken to this way in public. I own a business my self and have been in management for many years, the way she approached and handled the situation was extremely UNPROFESSIONAL! I am getting married this week or else I would not have even waited for my appointment. I will NOT be coming back here or to any other locations and I promise you as a local business owner, if this situation is not rectified I will tell EVERYONE in The Valley how this company treats customers. Gina my wax specialist is awesome, I have been going to her for over 4 years, and I will surely miss her!

It says if you want to cancel your wax pass call 954-455-**** and they will get back to you so Ive called multiple times left messages with my name my phone number my email address reason why Im trying to get a hold of them in addition to that I have sent multiple emails where it says we will get back to you with 1 to 3 business days and not one person has gotten a hold of me so I can cancel my wax pass. This is absolutely horrid if you ever think about getting a wax pass do not do it because these people suck at customer service.
