This should've happened to me After great service for the last 3 years. Management never was concern about contacting me in Gurnee Illinois. They just took message and just never contacted me. also, just a second time does happen to me. I was being told someones gonna contact me back from this branch.

Bad customer service

I got my usual wax service (Brazilian with underarm) my wax specialist that I usually see no longer works there so I was booked with a new lady. This lady was new and kept making mistakes and apologizing. I had to go and seek further service the next day at another location to clean up the all the areas that the specialist did not get. I was charged for the full service again and I don't think that was fair. I want reimbursement for the service I had got done.

Refund of Wax Pass

I visited the Midland, TX EWC last on January 24. I renewed my yearly wax pass at that time. Through social media, I found out the Midland and Odessa TX stores have closed with no date to reopen. The Facebook page for the Midland EWC says all payments would be suspended until the stores reopen. However, my credit card processed an installment on Feb 15, 2024. Unsatisfied with the service

I have been a European wax center customer for more than 6 years. I had waxing done on 2/1/2024 full leg, Brazilian and under arm in Europe center at Arlington VA .The waxer is very rude and she didnt not do a good job. Even after I mentioned there are hair left. She ignored. Im really disappointed. I really want refund. After I got home that I realized that there are more hair left. Please call me or reach me by email

Not treated properly

European Wax Center - Not treated properly
Today around 10:15 AM October 17 on the north Tampa location address is on Carrollwood. Miss Ashley disrespected me and confuse me with somebody else years ago. I have a Lotta people in my look like me but it was not me and she disrespect me and I paid for three services and when I went to the room I told her that the way shes treating me is not right and she said youre not gonna be able to come here anymore and I will refund you. I had a horrible experience here and I will never come back. Dont worry about that but I wanna make sure that this lady does not ever Treat anyone this way or disrespected this way when they just trying to get a service. And she started saying we need to pay upfront because of this because I have no problem paying upfront and she said I had a problem with somebody else years ago, I didnt pay she mistaking me for somebody else.

User's recommendation: Do not come here. If she’s over there everybody treating me good I’ve said this manager that thought that I had something to do with somebody else. Just because of this, I will never got here ever again I’ve been having nobody else get treated this way nobody deserves to get this one they just trying to get a service and feel better on the day off. No receipt was given to me or nothing for the refund. She just said I don’t want to go back on your card.

Dispute

I am being charged a monthly service fee every 2 weeks for a service I never get done. I had made a dispute about it 2 months back with reassurance that it was resolved. However the same issue has come back, I tried talking to the manager but it seems impossible, no follow up from nobody. Nobody seems to know what is going on. They also mentioned I will get a store credit. I do not need that because I am being charged for something I know nothing about!

Didn’t speak to no one about the issue

I normally get a year service ever since Ive been with you guys I was told on yesterday that someone put me in for seven months I never bought a seven month plan I feel like someone made a big mistake. I had to pay almost $100 out of my pocket yesterday Im very upset I cant afford that. I dont know if Im gonna renew anything. I dont even know if Im going to return Ever again until somebody fix the problem so I was reaching out to you guys so someone can collect the problem and accommodate me. Horrible experience

had a very bad experience with catherine this morning. shes the manager at the eastvale, ca location. her and fellow employee emma were very rude and belittling. catherine the manager accused me of things i said that never came out of my mouth, kept cutting me off whenever id try talking, and was overall very nasty towards me. ive been coming here for over a year and never have i had such an awful experience. a manager shouldnt be talking to anyone the way she did to me. very ugly, nasty, unprofessional, and degrading attitude. i am also a manager and i would never treat or talk to anyone the way she did to me.

Still no response!

I've left MULTIPLE emails, calls to corporate and filled out a "contact us" form and still have had no response. Its incredibly unprofessional and surprising coming from a corporate company that no one has taken the time to contact me. Instead of writing paragraphs again about my issue, I'll wait for a response. Looking forward to speaking with someone soon. Update! STILL NO RESPONSE FROM THEM!
